"सहज - मार्ग " साधना पद्धति के जनक एवं विशिष्ट व्यक्तित्व (Special Personality) सद्गुरू श्री रामचन्द्र जी ,शाहजहाँपुर ( उत्तर प्रदेश), भारत के निवासी, के पद-चिन्हों का अनुसरण (Pursuing the Mission) करते हुए "सहज मार्ग " साधना पद्धति को मूल रूप में विश्व पटल पर जन-मानस तक पहुँचाने का संकल्प"सोसाइटी फॊर बाबूजीज् मिशन " ने लिया है, जिसकी व्याख्या उन्हीं के शब्दों में निम्नलिखित हैः-

चिन्ह के निचले तल के निकट ‘स्वास्तिक’ हमारे आरम्भ बिन्दु का द्योतक है। यह उन विभिन्न रूपों ,कर्मकाण्डों एवं अभ्यासों का क्षेत्र है जिनके साथ हम ध्येय प्राप्ति के लिए"सहज मार्ग "-चिह्नित पथ पर अग्रसर होते हैं । बाधाओं एवं कठिनाइयों के पर्वतों को काटकर स्वयं प्रकृति ने यह मार्ग प्रशस्त किया है ।........

     सुबह सूरज निकलने से पहले हर एक भाई उठे और संध्या उपासना हत्तुलवसा (यथासम्भव) सूरज निकलने से पहले मुकर्रा (निश्चित) वक्त पर खत्म कर दे । पूजा के लिए अलहदा जगह और आसन मुकर्रर कर ले। जहाँ तक हो सके एक ही आसन से बैठने की आदत डाले । जिस्मानी और मानसिक पाकीजगी का खास ख्याल रखे ।

Perhaps it may be relevant to briefly refers to certain  events which adversely  beseeched the affairs of  Shri Ram Chandra Mission,  Shahjahanpur (U.P.),  after His mahasamadhi.

यह सत्य है कि यदि हम वैराग्य न पैदा करें तो माया से कभी मुक्त नहीं हो सकते ।

परन्तु इसका  तात्पर्य यह नहीं है कि हम अपने घर , परिवार और अन्य सांसारिक सम्बन्धों से सम्बन्ध विच्छेद कर एक धार्मिक भिक्षुक का जीवन अपना लें ।

नि:सन्देह हमें एक गृहस्थ के रूप में बहुत सी बातों पर ध्यान देना होता है ।

हमें अपने परिवार का पोषण करना होता है। हमें अपने बच्चों की शिक्षा का प्रबन्ध करना होता है ।

हमें उनकी आवश्यकताओं पर ध्यान देना होता है , हमें उन्हें शीत- ताप से बचाना होता है , इत्यादि ।

इन आवश्यकताओं के लिए हम कमाते और धन- सम्पति रखते हैं ।

It is true that we can never be free from Maya unless we cultivate non-attachment.

But it does not mean severing our connection from home, family and all worldly concerns and taking up the life of a religious mendicant .

No doubt, as a house holder we have to look after many things ; we have to support our family ; we have to provide for the education of our children ; we have to look to their wants and necessities; we have to protect them from heat and cold ; and so on .

Foe these necessities we earn and possess money and property .

यह सत्य है कि यदि हम वैराग्य न पैदा करें तो

...................वास्तविक बुराई तो अपने से सम्बन्धित वस्तुओं से अनावश्यक राग ही है ।

यही हमारे दु:ख का मुख्य कारण है ।...................

हम सही इंसान कैसे बनें

      आज के वर्तमान समय में हमारी यह आम धारणा (सोच) बन चुकी है कि धन जुटाने से ही संसार के समस्त सुख मिल सकते हैं । जैसे कि धन ही सबकी एक मात्र कुंजी है । इसलिए हर व्यक्ति इसी दौर में रात-दिन जीवनपर्यंत लगा रहता है । यह सही है कि धन के द्वारा ही जीवन ही जरूरतें – रोटी, कपड़ा, मकान, बच्चों की शिक्षा, विवाह, बीमारीहारी आदि पूरी होती हैं । लेकिन अधिकांश देखने में यह आता है कि हम धन को ही सब कुछ समझ बैठते हैं । इस प्रकार संयोगवश हम विभिन्न मानसिक तनावों व व्याधियों के शिकार बन जाते हैं । यहां तक कि वे तनाव हमारे जीवन का अंग बन जाते हैं । शायद इसी को देख कबीरदास जी ने कहा था –

       चलती चाकी देखकर दिया कबीरा रोए,

       दुई पाटन के बीच में साबुत बचा न कोए ।

       इन गृह और कर्मचक्रों के बीच में हम एक मौलिक बात भूल जाते हैं कि झंझटों का मुख्य कारण हमारी सोच ही है ।

Today at 4am (IST) I asked Rev Babuji why followers of Chari always say that he is doing good service because he always talks about Babuji only and expanded the mission also.  But  I never become happy on hearing such  untrue statements.  My immediate   reply is that what else he has to talk to attract people to fulfil his material wishes. And for expansion, he used all Mission’s money...............................................

 He expressed that one day a soul who was about 2.50 lac years old, presented himself before Him and enquired if He were God. Rev. Babuji said that He enquired from persons  sitting before Him then, as to what should He tell the soul ! This was the Special Personality, known as ‘Babuji’ who was born to usher in the spiritual Era. He remodeled and refined His own system of Raj-yoga propagated as Patanjali Rishi, in an earlier life, to suit the present day conditions enabling self – realization or God realization in part of one’s own life time while leading an ordinary house-holder’s life. The Nature titled His system as ‘SAHAJ-MARG’.  His mission (object) was to make Sahaj-Marg as a way of lifeworldover.      

We are making organizers world over to carry out His object.

Two contrary sayings :

“Strikewhen the iron is hot ” and “Make it hot bystriking”

World over people have been accustomed to hear the phase ‘Strikewhen the iron is hot’. But Rev. Babuji’s inspiration to dear Sharad Chandra ‘Do not wait to strike till the iron is hot; but make it hot by striking’ is just contrary to the above quoted world famous saying and belief .

Lack of Awareness about Sahaj Marg

Rev. Babuji repeated this morning that there is general lack of awareness about the
Sahaj Marg system. No doubt abhyasis have propagated Sahaj-Marg, but with their
angle. (3rd October 2012).

As per my experience of over 47 (forty Seven) years, I find that every thing goes with the
person. As an example, something explained by two persons to the same set of people, will
have different impacts. Reason – difference in the texture of Personality of two persons. If a
person is practicing what he is saying, it will have a different effect than the saying of the
same thing by another person who may be just giving a talk/lecture but not practicing it.
One small story was heard by me long time back. One woman went to a saint along with
her small son. She asked the saint to tell her son that he should not take gur (jagery) . The
saint asked her to come after a week. The woman again went to him after a week with ..........

SV : I am more strict on this point, I want that the Mission may run smoothly and calmly.
Fiery spirit is not required at all. We are not preparing for the front. I know the position of
Ram Chandra, he has now indulgence in his nature and that thing he has inherited from his
Guru. Organisation can stand on the firm footing of calmness.
